Artur Przybysz, Jonas Nagler and Tomas Öri have made a special contribution to the company's success and were each rewarded with a Smart For-two electric car for their outstanding work.
The company's own charging station is used for refueling. A second one will be added soon. This also demonstrates the company's strong commitment to sustainability and environmental awareness.
“Our employees are our top priority,” explains Georg Slavik, describing the philosophy of his company, which builds plants and implements projects for the beverage, food, pharmaceutical, and chemical industries worldwide. STW was founded in Utzmemmingen in 2000 and moved to its new location in Nördlingen, housing administration and prefabrication facilities, in 2011.
Because the company, which currently employs 60 people, is doing well and has a full order book from both domestic and international markets, an additional hall of approximately 1,000 square meters is to be built by the end of the year for the prefabrication of units, valve manifolds, distribution panels, and plant components. The next generation is already waiting in the wings: son Paul Slavik joined the management team in April 2018. As a master plant mechanic and certified technical business administrator, he has the best qualifications to one day take over the company.
To successfully continue the family business. Due to the positive development and steady growth of the company, there is also a constant need for skilled workers and trainees. Since the highest quality standards exist in food and beverage plant construction, STW has obtained certification as a welding specialist company for special requirements.
Georg Slavik considers it important to have employees around him who are quality-conscious and conscientious, and who are committed and motivated to meet the high demands of the industry on a daily basis.
Therefore, he invests a lot of money and time in the training and professional development of his team. The company boss is also taking a different approach by providing electric cars for his employees. "It's my way of saying 'thank you'," says Georg Slavik, delighted with the special award.
